With over 25 years of leadership experience, Rob has led people strategy across industries including wellness, hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, and professional services.

Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Rob’s career has taken him across the U.S. and into international markets, with leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels, Sodexo Live!, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, and advisory work through Strategic Solution Partners. His expertise includes employee relations, labor compliance (including California), talent acquisition, compensation design, and organizational development.

Rob is particularly passionate about building cultures where employees thrive and leaders lead with clarity. He has designed and delivered leadership development programs, mentoring frameworks, and performance systems that unlock engagement, retention, and business performance. He believes that when your people are aligned, your business grows, your customers stay loyal—and your competition becomes irrelevant.

Beyond consulting, Rob has served as a university-level instructor, teaching HR and hospitality management at San Diego State University and San Diego Mesa College. This work reflects his deeper mission: helping others grow into their full potential—whether they’re early in their careers or leading companies through transformation.

Through Momentum People Group, Rob offers project-based support and ongoing fractional HR leadership. He brings a real-world, results-driven approach—balancing strategy with empathy, compliance with flexibility, and always putting people first.

Rob holds a master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, where he graduated valedictorian with a thesis on the challenges faced by part-time and low-wage workers.
