Momentum People Group LLC was created to help businesses and people move forward—with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Founded by longtime HR executive Rob Spooner, MPG fills a critical need for organizations that don’t have formal HR leadership in place, but still want to do things right—build great teams, lead with purpose, and create workplaces where people feel heard and supported.

 

We bring decades of leadership experience across hospitality, wellness, healthcare, non-profits, attractions, higher ed, and tech, working with companies across North America, EAE, and Australia. We understand the challenges of growth, the weight of people decisions, and what it takes to align culture with results.

Rob started MPG after years of leading HR at the executive level—building systems, mentoring hundreds of professionals, and guiding organizations through complexity and change. What fueled him then is what fuels this work now: seeing people grow, helping leaders lead better, and showing companies how to create the kind of culture that wins—internally and externally.

What began as a solo consultancy has grown into a trusted partner for small to mid-sized businesses across industries—especially those without a dedicated people leader in place.
