At Momentum People Group, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring, and HR consulting services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a positive and productive client experience.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Services

Prepaid coaching packages (e.g., 3-session or 5-session bundles) are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience after the first session, you may request a partial refund for any unused sessions. This must be requested within 7 days of that first session.

No refunds will be issued after a package is completed or once the refund window has passed.

Consulting & Project-Based Work

Consulting and project-based engagements are covered by written agreements outlining scope, payment terms, and deliverables.

Refunds for consulting services are not guaranteed and will only be considered if the agreed-upon services have not been initiated or delivered.

Deposits for custom project work are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to assess each refund request individually and grant or deny refunds at our discretion.

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.

No cash refunds will be provided; refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
